A queen sleeper sofa in the living area offers added flexibility, though the cabin is best suited for couples seeking a quiet, romantic escape.

Refunds and Processing Fees
Please note that credit card processing fees (3% of the payment total) are not returned to us by the processor when a reservation is canceled. Any refund issued will be the payment amount received minus this 3% processing fee.

Hi, we’re Todd and Jenny — a husband-and-wife hosting team and local Realtors based here in the North Georgia mountains. We created Red Rose Cabin as a place for guests to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of the Helen area. Just a few miles from downtown but tucked into the woods, it’s one of our favorite spots to slow down and unplug. Whether you’re visiting for Oktoberfest in Helen, peak leaf season, or a quiet weekend away, our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. As locals, we’re always glad to share tips and recommendations so you can experience the very best of Helen and the surrounding mountains.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
